All products sold by RuthNel are digital downloads — HR policy templates, checklists, and guides delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these files are accessible immediately after checkout, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download has been made available.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds on Digital Products
Digital products cannot be “returned” in the way physical goods can — once a file is downloaded, it has been fully delivered and cannot be undone. This is standard practice across digital template and document stores.
Before You Buy

Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you experience a genuine technical issue — such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, or receiving the wrong document — contact us at info@ruthnel.co.za within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve it by providing a working file or the correct document.
Free Resources
